Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing construction projects focused on electrical engineering, specifically medium and low voltage power supply systems, for a market leader in Facility Management in Berlin. The Project Manager is responsible for the full project lifecycle, including ensuring compliance with technical and economic specifications. Key daily tasks include detailed planning and technical preparation, clarifying technical details and negotiating with clients, and coordinating all project participants. A crucial component of the job is contributing to timely tender submissions by preparing specifications and managing change orders in collaboration with the cost estimator. The role requires coordinating assembly processes with site managers, conducting regular site visits, preparing and executing project acceptances, and actively supporting the acquisition of new contracts and customer care. Candidates must possess significant professional experience in power supply projects and strong knowledge of German contract law (VOB and BGB).
