The Project Manager will handle the full lifecycle of technical building equipment (TGA), encompassing electrical and supply technology. Key responsibilities include managing the tendering and awarding process for TGA contracts, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules, and coordinating commissioning of technical systems. The successful candidate will also manage client relations, liaise with authorities and specialist engineers, and oversee warranty periods. Ideal candidates possess a background as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in Electrical or Supply Technology, coupled with professional experience in managing building services installations.
