This role involves managing complex projects in the specialized fields of building physics, structural acoustics, and room acoustics for an international engineering firm. The Specialist will independently oversee projects from the initial offer stage through to completion, focusing on areas like thermal building physics and sustainable construction. Key daily tasks include performing detailed calculations and simulations using specialized software (such as ZUB Helena, IDA ICE, and WUFI), developing comprehensive planning concepts, and ensuring all work complies with normative and legal requirements. Candidates should hold a completed technical or scientific university degree and demonstrate strong organizational skills, structured time management, and a professional demeanor for client presentations. Experience
- Professional experience in independent project management (from offer to completion)
- Experience in conducting calculations and simulations with specialized software (e.g., ZUB Helena, IDA ICE, Psi Therm, WUFI)
- Professional experience in developing planning concepts and verification documents
- Prior knowledge in Building Physics or Acoustics is desirable
