Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking primary responsibility for the successful application development within an IT working group at the Service Center for Rural Development and Agricultural Funding (SLA), a central technical service provider for Lower Saxony's agricultural administration. The successful candidate will manage a team developing complex, partially geo-based software products, utilizing modern technologies like Java-Enterprise, Angular, and Spring Boot. Day-to-day tasks include planning, organizing, and steering workload distribution, disciplinary and technical leadership of staff, personnel development, resource planning, and contributing to personnel administration (e.g., creating job descriptions and conducting reviews). Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in (Administrative/Business) Informatics, at least three years of experience in complex IT project development, and a strong sense of responsibility and customer orientation. Required Skills

Education
