Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Commissioning Specialist focused on the inspection, start-up, and optimization of rail vehicles for a dynamic and innovative client in rolling stock technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on trains, executing the initial commissioning of crucial vehicle systems such as drive and control technology, and conducting unit tests while supporting necessary type tests. The specialist will also be responsible for implementing mechanical and electrical modifications and meticulously documenting all completed work. The ideal candidate should possess a background as an Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or Engineer, preferably with experience in rail vehicle technology. Success in this position requires strong analytical and planning capabilities, excellent teamwork skills, and the necessary flexibility to accommodate changing work schedules and occasional commissioning travel across Germany.

Experience
