Job Summary

This part-time role focuses on the critical administrative function of securing Continuing Medical Education (CME) certifications and regulatory recognitions for various programs. Day-to-day tasks involve the timely application for CME certifications, DMP recognitions, and professional association certifications (e.g., RbP, VDBD) using online portals and official forms of state medical and pharmacist associations. The specialist is responsible for monitoring return certifications, processing associated fee invoices, and independently verifying all applications to ensure strict adherence to the compliance requirements set by regulatory bodies. Key requirements include several years of experience in administrative processing and project work, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector or a highly compliance-regulated environment. Excellent command of MS Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Shareroom/MS Teams, is mandatory, alongside fluent German and good English skills. This position offers a crucial coordination role, liaising between internal teams (Compliance, Sales, Marketing) and external partners (State Medical Associations, service providers).
