IT Support Specialist | IT-Supporter (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role focuses on providing essential 1st and 2nd level Incident Management, supporting both external customers and internal employees in utilizing the company's IT products and services. Daily responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware and software for new staff, meticulous documentation of requests and solutions within the knowledge database, and continuous monitoring of service quality to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with identifying and implementing process improvements within the support structure and assisting with the creation of technical manuals. Successful candidates must hold a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and possess 1-3 years of professional experience in User Helpdesk environments. Experience with Active Directory, JIRA, Confluence, and MS 365 is required, along with strong foundational knowledge of networking and operating systems. This position offers an attractive environment focused on optimizing IT infrastructures for major clients.
