Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, focusing on connecting people and technology for clients undergoing digital transformation. The specialist will be responsible for managing user inquiries (tickets), documenting issues, and resolving technical problems related to hardware and software. Key daily tasks include performing password resets, resolving login issues, setting up and configuring workstations, and offering support for MS365 applications like Outlook, Teams, and Office. Candidates should possess knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange for user and rights management, experience troubleshooting workstation hardware, and the ability to perform software updates and patch management.
