Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Laboratory Technician (CTA) to manage and maintain specialized laboratory measuring equipment used for permeation measurements (O₂, CO₂, H₂O), ensuring accurate calibration and function testing. The core responsibilities include independently executing complex measurement series, meticulously evaluating and preparing results for internal and external stakeholders, and strategically planning and implementing test designs focused on efficiency and quality improvement. Furthermore, the technician will be responsible for laboratory resource capacity planning and the evaluation and validation of new, non-standardized barrier determination methods. The position also involves adapting and optimizing standardized test facilities, including proposing constructive developments. The ideal candidate holds a relevant technical assistant qualification (CTA/PTA) and brings several years of professional technical laboratory experience, preferably with knowledge of measurement and testing technology, physical-chemical principles, and good English communication skills.
