Job Summary

This position calls for an ambitious Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Specialist to contribute to complex development projects, primarily serving clients in mechanical engineering. The core responsibility involves the hands-on execution of non-destructive testing on molded parts, specifically utilizing visual inspection and advanced ultrasonic methods. Day-to-day tasks require operating and calibrating ultrasonic testing devices, selecting appropriate NDT procedures based on requirements, and rigorously monitoring testing processes to ensure compliance with applicable norms and standards. A crucial part of the role is meticulous documentation, including evaluating test results, creating detailed test protocols, certificates, and technical reports using SAP and MS Office. Candidates must possess a relevant technical background, such as Materials Testing or Mechanical Engineering, and demonstrate proficiency with ultrasonic testing software.
