Job Summary

This EHS / HSE Manager role is crucial for maintaining and advancing the safety culture within a production environment. You will be responsible for the rigorous implementation of both statutory regulations and internal corporate EHS guidelines at the production site. Key day-to-day activities include providing expert technical support for comprehensive risk assessments, conducting detailed incident analyses, and ensuring the compliant operation of permitted facilities. Furthermore, you will serve as a primary consultant, advising leadership and employees on all EHS-relevant matters, and leading necessary training and instruction sessions. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Natural or Engineering Sciences, or an equivalent technical qualification (Technician/Industrial Master in Metal or Chemistry), coupled with professional EHS/HSE experience, ideally within an industrial setting. The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, fluency in German, and good English proficiency.
