Job Summary

This role involves driving process development within complex technology initiatives and providing technical leadership to a dedicated Research and Development (R&D) project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cross-competency technical solutions, defining measures to achieve project goals, and meticulously creating and updating schedules, cost plans, and capacity plans for various development tasks. A core function is reporting on development status and conducting necessary development reviews. Candidates must possess a successfully completed technical or scientific degree, ideally in Physics or Materials Science. Desirable qualifications include experience in optical systems development and proven knowledge of technically coordinating and leading teams.
