Job Summary

This full-time role involves contributing to innovation within the pharmaceutical and life science sectors by focusing on the manufacturing and quality control of polymer chemistry products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process, including conducting and monitoring production batches, performing and evaluating rigorous analytical tests, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all procedures. A key component of the job is planning workflows, organizing the maintenance of essential equipment and facilities, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality standards. We are seeking an ambitious colleague with a background as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant (Chemielaborant), Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), or equivalent, ideally supplemented by professional experience or technician training.
