This role as a Test Development Specialist focuses on advancing technological visions within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the critical development and optimization of immunological diagnostic tests. You will be responsible for the entire experimental lifecycle, including planning and conducting procedures, analyzing complex experimental data, and ensuring thorough documentation through official protocols, manufacturing instructions, and validation plans. To succeed, you must hold a degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field, coupled with practical experience in analytical methods and strong theoretical knowledge in immunology and protein chemistry.
