Job Summary

This role is centered on the development and design of electromechanical assemblies and wiring harness technology, primarily within the automotive sector. Day-to-day tasks involve the detailed 3D routing of cables within vehicle structures and the construction of associated mounting elements, such as brackets, cable ducts, and protective components. A key responsibility is conducting installation space analyses (Bauraumuntersuchungen) and ensuring precise spatial coordination in both 3D and 2D environments. The engineer will also be responsible for evaluating test reports related to various environmental conditions and integrating design changes efficiently. To succeed, candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in electromechanical design.
