Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious ICT Service Technician dedicated to connecting technologies and providing expert service for diverse clients. Day-to-day tasks involve the hands-on assembly, installation, and subsequent maintenance of complex communication systems, including radio relay systems, digital/analog radio networks, and general electrical installations. A crucial part of the role is technical customer service, which includes troubleshooting site and customer installations, providing expert consultation, and meticulously documenting all maintenance and service procedures. The successful candidate must have completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by a certified Technician qualification in fields such as Electronics, Energy Technology, or IT Information Systems. Initial practical experience in maintaining telecommunication networks and proficiency in IP/radio network installation are necessary, along with strong analytical skills for effective troubleshooting. Intermediate (B2) proficiency in both German and English is required for effective communication and documentation.
