Job Summary

This role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities for civil engineering structures and infrastructure projects, supporting a major client in the aerospace industry (AIRBUS). Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive supplier management, covering selection, quotation retrieval, technical clarification, and invoice control. A core function is the coordination, instruction, and rigorous supervision of external contractors performing maintenance services, including creating detailed work instructions. You will be responsible for meticulous maintenance planning, monitoring, and scheduling of all required inspections, maintenance, and testing plans, ensuring delivery meets strict timelines, cost targets, and quality standards. The coordinator also prepares for and participates in internal and external audits within their area of responsibility. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification in a relevant trade, possesses basic SAP application knowledge, and has specific expertise in road, civil, and pipeline construction, coupled with knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
