Job Summary
This role involves driving the development and optimization of AI-powered conversational agents for a leading German animal insurance specialist. The Prompt Engineer will leverage expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Conversational Design to create effective AI workflows, ensuring high quality and smooth operation. Key responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle of AI agents, from concept to optimization, simplifying complex business processes for LLM comprehension, and ensuring seamless system integrations via API calls. The specialist will act as a critical interface between customer dialogue centers, marketing, and IT, requiring strong project and stakeholder management skills. Candidates must demonstrate advanced prompt engineering techniques, a minimum of three years of experience in conversational design, and proficiency in agile methodologies like SCRUM/KANBAN, utilizing tools such as JIRA and Confluence. The position offers a flexible, hybrid work model based in Hamburg or Uelzen.
