The successful candidate will also provide expert consulting services during technical inspections and building assessments. Applicants must hold a degree in engineering or a comparable technician/master qualification in supply or electrical engineering, coupled with at least five years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in building technology and familiarity with regulatory frameworks like DIN, VOB, and HOAI are essential.
