Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive HR Administrator to provide essential administrative support within a Federal Authority's personnel department. Key responsibilities include independently gathering vital information, processing data within established procedures, and executing personnel measures, including creating official orders and directives related to AMD and SMD processes. The administrator will also be crucial in maintaining and evaluating data for Workplace Integration Management (BEM) procedures, creating detailed lists and overviews. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in administration, office management, or legal/judicial assistance, coupled with strong organizational, technical, and IT skills to maintain oversight.
