Job Summary

The Head of Philanthropy will be instrumental in cultivating and significantly expanding the fundraising programs at the Zurich International School (ZIS). This senior role focuses on strategic planning for long-term sustainability, executing a moves management strategy covering donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Key responsibilities include growing the Annual Fund and Major Gifts Program, supporting Endowment Fundraising, and ensuring adherence to ethical standards. The successful candidate will be highly visible within the ZIS community, engaging personally with high-value donors and serving as the primary contact for strategic corporate partners.
