Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Integration Specialist, also known as an IT Administrator, who will serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues, providing 1st and 2nd level support. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and resolving IT disruptions, administering and maintaining the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, printers, telecommunication systems), and optimizing existing systems. The specialist will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, monitoring systems, performing data backups, and overseeing interfaces with external partners. This position requires a professional with a background in IT systems integration, preferably with initial experience as a system administrator, and strong technical skills in networking, Windows operating systems, virtualization, and more.
