This role involves comprehensive project management and execution with a focus on Technical Building Equipment (TGA) within a major healthcare provider in Cologne. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs, timelines, quality, and documentation for projects, particularly those related to the expansion of a specialized medical campus. Key daily activities include coordinating external specialist planners, managing interfaces with internal planning and maintenance teams, and overseeing commissioning processes. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering and 5-10 years of professional experience, ideally in public procurement and hospital construction. Knowledge of building automation (GLT), energy management, and HOAI service phases 1-9 is essential.
