Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Specialist is critical for maintaining smooth operations within a leading European full-service logistics provider. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT inquiries, efficiently resolving issues reported via phone, email, and dedicated ticketing systems. Key daily tasks involve diagnosing and fixing malfunctions across essential IT infrastructure, including PC hardware, printers, mobile devices, and various applications. Additionally, you will contribute to departmental IT projects and be responsible for creating and updating technical documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or demonstrate relevant initial professional experience in IT support. Essential technical knowledge includes expertise in the installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
