Job Summary
This is a critical, high-visibility role for a hands-on AI Solution Engineer tasked with driving the company's strategic AI initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the first high-impact AI use cases, working closely with domain experts across the organization. Key daily activities include designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions, setting up and maintaining the internal AI development stack (local or cloud-based), and rapidly prototyping solutions using both structured and unstructured data. A core component of the role involves ensuring high-quality documentation, versioning, and reproducibility of models, followed by rigorous model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the foundational use of AI company-wide and requires staying current with the latest developments in applied AI.
