Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Application Manager to take responsibility for the operation and strategic advancement of the organization's critical Jira system landscape. Day-to-day activities involve providing technical Second-Level Support to ensure stable operations and acting as the vital interface between IT and business departments to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. A core focus of the position is the strategic development of the Atlassian toolchain, including implementing automation, governance, and proprietary script development to enhance processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for user enablement through conducting training, coaching, and workshops, and expanding the key-user network. Key qualifications include foundational IT knowledge, experience in Jira administration (or a strong willingness to acquire it), and familiarity with related Atlassian tools like Confluence. The position requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a self-driven, reliable approach to work.
