Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take technical and economic responsibility for electrotechnical projects within an electrical trade company located in the Bautzen region. Day-to-day duties involve the comprehensive management of projects, including leading, coordinating, and directing a small dedicated team. A critical component of the role is maintaining strict control over cost and schedule management, while also serving as the primary organizational and technical point of contact for clients, partners, and internal colleagues throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates must hold a completed qualification as an Electrician or Electronics Technician in Energy and Building Technology, preferably supplemented by further training as a Master Electrician or Electrical Technician. Success requires several years of experience leading electrical projects, proficiency in relevant electrical norms and guidelines, and strong communication skills. This permanent, full-time position offers regional assignments and the attractive benefit of a 4-day, 35-hour work week.
