Job Summary

This role involves serving as the central point of contact for First-Level IT Support, addressing technical inquiries from national and international departments within a leading industrial gas analysis company, M&C TechGroup (part of MSA Safety). Key responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of IT support requests, from acceptance and detailed documentation in the ticketing system to independent resolution or escalation to relevant partners. The specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of various IT end devices, including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telecommunications equipment. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training in IT, such as System Integration, and demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, O365, and standard hardware. Excellent German and English language skills are mandatory, along with a strong service orientation and proven troubleshooting abilities to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
