Job Summary

This role is for a Key Account Manager at ZPUE GmbH, a rapidly growing international company expanding its presence in the German electrical systems market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition through direct outreach via telephone, in-person meetings, and digital channels. Key responsibilities include identifying individual customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and cultivating long-term, trusting relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Day-to-day activities involve proactive market research, preparing and following up on offers, and leading contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements. The position requires a technical university degree or a Master Craftsman title, preferably in Electrical Engineering or the Energy sector, coupled with specific knowledge of electrical systems (e.g., switchgear, substations) and the German energy sector.
