Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated IT Specialist to serve as the primary technical contact for customers utilizing complex telecommunication systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and resolving technical issues, designing and developing innovative solutions tailored to client requirements, and managing the critical migration of classic communication systems, specifically those from Unify and Alcatel, to modern VoIP standards. The specialist will also be responsible for project planning Unified Communications (UC) and Voice solutions for mid-sized companies. Additionally, the role involves providing consultation on hardware and software procurement and performing physical installation of network cabling, including LWL, CAT3, and CAT6 infrastructure. This is a full-time, permanent position offering comprehensive involvement from conception and consultation through to implementation and technical support.
