Job Summary
This role is for a motivated Facility Technician/Manager specializing in the infrastructural and technical maintenance of commercial real estate, primarily located in Berlin and Brandenburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular safety inspections and property tours, monitoring the condition of buildings and technical systems, and promptly identifying damages and defects. A key function is performing minor repairs independently, such as changing light bulbs, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and adherence to house rules within the managed properties. The ideal candidate possesses vocational training in a relevant trade or industry, demonstrating comprehensive manual dexterity and strong technical understanding. A solution-oriented approach and good communication skills are essential for success. Experience as a caretaker or building supervisor, ideally with additional qualifications, is advantageous. The company offers a permanent, full-time contract, regulated working hours, and necessary equipment, including a company vehicle, tablet, and smartphone.
