Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced System Administrator or IT Specialist passionate about actively shaping the corporate IT landscape while serving as a crucial point of contact for user support. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the operation, administration, and support of critical infrastructure, including database servers, networks, storage, and firewalls. A core focus will be maintaining Microsoft environments, specifically Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), Active Directory, and Group Policies. The role also demands proficiency in virtualization technologies like Microsoft Hyper-V Cluster and managing the Citrix environment. You will handle First- and Second-Level Support and coordinate external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a relevant IT qualification, possesses strong technical knowledge across the Microsoft stack, and is fluent in German (C1).
