Job Summary

This 10-month temporary position seeks a dedicated HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle within a small organization. Key responsibilities include comprehensive HR administration, from issuing employment contracts and certificates to maintaining personnel records and coordinating payroll with external providers. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent, while also managing employer branding efforts. A critical aspect of the role involves ensuring strict compliance with Swiss labor laws, handling personnel insurances and pension fund matters, and supporting the organization of company events. This hands-on role requires a proactive, precise, and empathetic individual who can help shape the company's high-performance culture and act as the primary point of contact for the team.

Required Skills

Education

Education as HR Specialist or HR Manager; Academic degree and/or higher education is an advantage; Banking education is an advantage

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Human Resources Specialist in a small organization
  • Professional experience and understanding of HR management and administration
  • Good knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Experience in HR or banking is an advantage
