Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for Facility Management, ensuring the efficient and sustainable operation of Alnatura's central locations and retail markets. The successful candidate will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to an 8-person FM team, driving the strategic development of Facility Management from budget planning through to innovative projects. A key focus is guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements, testing obligations, and quality standards, while effectively managing external service providers to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Facility Management or a related field, coupled with significant professional experience in technical and/or commercial building management, including prior leadership responsibilities.
