Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on the development and integration of innovative electronic and mechatronic subsystems within complex overall systems. Day-to-day tasks include defining technical specifications, collaborating on requirements documents, and managing system interfaces between various components, such as platforms, weapon systems, and assemblies. A key responsibility is coordinating external development partners, overseeing project planning, prototyping, and ensuring technical requirements are met. The role also requires hands-on involvement in embedded software development, specifically firmware programming, and participating in verification and validation processes through theoretical and experimental testing. You will be responsible for technical evaluation against functional and safety requirements and generating comprehensive technical documentation. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, possess strong foundational knowledge in system design and electronic circuits, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both German and English for effective international project collaboration.
