Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Field Service Technician specializing in printing and copying systems to join a dynamic family-owned IT and Engineering firm. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle maintenance, repair, and installation of various multi-functional peripherals (MFP), fax, and printing systems from manufacturers like UTAX, HP, and EPSON directly at customer locations. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting technical customer complaints, generating detailed service documentation, assisting with network integration of these systems, and providing basic customer training and instruction. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical or IT vocational qualification, coupled with robust mechanical and electromechanical expertise. Experience with xerographic printing technology and IT server structure integration is essential.
