Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level SAP user support, focusing heavily on the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include classifying user requests into Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Requests, and actively processing issues within the FI/CO landscape. You will be crucial in supporting critical operational business activities such as month-end and year-end closings, handling booking corrections, and managing electronic payment traffic and creditor workflows (AFI). A key part of the job is developing targeted solutions and workarounds for complex problems, documenting resolutions, and managing escalations to the 3rd level support when necessary. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, possesses deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO, and has proven experience in IT Service Management processes (Incident, Service, Change). Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills are mandatory for this exciting opportunity within the digital transformation space.
