Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Process Engineer specializing in High-Precision Machining to drive technological advancement in the manufacturing sector, particularly focusing on lithography optics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing advanced manufacturing processes, such as grinding and ultra-precision machining, alongside necessary quality monitoring systems. A key function involves creating optical inspection processes to continuously enhance quality control and successfully transitioning these complex processes from the development phase into series production. The successful candidate will independently manage development tasks, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives, while collaborating closely with internal experts, suppliers, and external partners. Ideal candidates possess a strong Master's degree in a relevant engineering field (Micro/Nanotechnology, Production Engineering) and demonstrated knowledge of technical surface manufacturing.
