Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional, including career starters, looking to advance IT security technologies within a leading IT solutions provider. The consultant will be responsible for the continuous support and development of IT security concepts, policies, and standards. Key daily tasks involve analyzing and evaluating threat scenarios and security risks, validating infrastructure, applications, and interfaces through security audits, and conducting targeted penetration tests and incident simulations to secure systems. The consultant will also serve as the central point of contact for other departments regarding all IT security matters. A background in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with initial experience in security audits and risk management (ideally ISO/IEC 27001 or BSI standards), and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this challenging and future-focused position.
