Job Summary

This expert role involves connecting people and technology daily, supporting major OEMs and suppliers within the automotive industry. The IT Service Manager is responsible for the planning, control, and monitoring of critical IT services that optimize core business processes. Key duties include defining, implementing, and controlling IT Service Management processes, methods, and standards, leveraging recognized frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT. You will create and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service quality, availability, and security. Furthermore, the role requires strong leadership to motivate and guide a team of IT specialists, including Service Desk and System Administrators. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, deep knowledge of IT infrastructure and security, and proven leadership and communication capabilities to interact effectively with all internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. ITIL Certification (advantageous).

Experience
