Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Management Officer (PMO) to drive the successful execution of IT solutions projects for leading providers. The core responsibilities involve planning and controlling work packages, milestones, and quality gates within agile or hybrid project frameworks. You will coordinate closely with Project Managers to define and prioritize initiatives, continuously monitor project development, and ensure strict adherence to corporate standards, budgets, and deadlines. A key aspect of the role is designing and improving existing PMO policies and processes, and accurately documenting project scope, budget, and justification. Ideal candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, coupled with practical experience in project leadership. Success requires mastery of project and risk management tools, knowledge of contract drafting, and negotiation-fluent proficiency in both German and English.
