Job Summary

This role is dedicated to supporting process development within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The Process Development Technician is responsible for the practical execution and documentation of development activities, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of manufacturing processes. Key daily tasks include the preparation of necessary materials and equipment, precise measurement and evaluation of disposable development samples using physical and optical instruments, and testing raw materials. A significant component of the role involves performing mechatronic maintenance, setting up, and operating specialized machinery, alongside actively optimizing production procedures. Candidates must possess a background as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant, Mechatronics Technician, or CTA, ideally complemented by further training as a Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Technician. Success requires solid professional experience in laboratory operations and special machinery maintenance, strong documentation skills, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
