Job Summary

This role involves managing the development and validation of test methods for in-process controls, specifically focusing on electrochemical sensor systems and their intermediate products, within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The Manager will coordinate the validation of these test methods, ensure timely production of development prototypes, and maintain quality management system-compliant documentation throughout the method development and validation lifecycle. A key aspect is supporting the mechanical design of development prototypes using CAD. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Natural or Engineering Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering) and possesses professional experience in developing and assessing medical devices, coupled with expertise in electrochemistry and sensor manufacturing. Strong communication, motivation, and fluent German and English skills are essential for success in this regulated environment.
