Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT professional to join a team focused on integrating and optimizing IT systems for various clients. The Infrastructure Support Specialist will be responsible for the daily maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user workstations. Key tasks involve troubleshooting IT-related issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring network security protocols, and providing essential training to end-users. You will also manage and monitor network systems and security protocols, ensuring smooth daily operations. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification and fundamental experience in technical support, coupled with excellent knowledge of heterogeneous client and server environments (including telephony, mobile devices, and networking). Success in this role requires strong technical skills in operating systems and IT security standards, alongside excellent written and spoken German (C1 minimum).
