This role seeks a highly specialized Physicist or Engineer to manage the external instrumentation of Neutron Flux Measurement Systems, focusing heavily on nuclear safety and precision. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a small team of engineers, driving system engineering processes using tools like Cradle for requirement management, and coordinating complex work packages across multiple departments. A key function involves designing nuclear measurement technology for both new builds and existing facilities, ensuring integration into the overall control system concept. Candidates must possess a degree in Physics or a related field, coupled with expertise in neutron flux measurement, signal processing, and automation technology. The position requires extensive experience in conducting scientific accuracy and EMC analyses, often utilizing MATLAB, while strictly adhering to international nuclear standards such as RCC-E and KTA. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for representing technical solutions to clients and regulatory authorities.
