Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Chemist focused on regulatory compliance and hazardous substance management within a technology-driven environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring strict adherence to critical chemical regulations, specifically REACh, SCIP, and CLP. You will conduct conformity checks on existing and new systems, monitor regulatory changes, and manage the creation and review of safety data sheets (SDS). A crucial part of the role involves maintaining and updating chemical data within the ERP system and internal hazardous substance databases, approving new hazardous substances, and optimizing related processes. Furthermore, you will collaborate with external working groups and perform environmental impact analyses. To succeed, you must possess a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, deep knowledge of REACh and CLP, and proven experience in SDS creation.
