This role involves providing essential cross-functional support for complex laboratory computer systems, focusing particularly on the administration and maintenance of Environmental Monitoring Software (Global EM) within the highly regulated Pharma and Life Science sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing critical data and sample changes, maintaining master data integrity, managing user accounts, and assigning roles within controlled systems. A key aspect of the position is assisting in the creation of crucial GMP documentation and standard operating procedures, as well as supporting the evaluation of complex data sets. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Bioinformatics, or Biotechnology, coupled with demonstrable professional experience and foundational knowledge of GMP regulations (FDA, ISO).
