Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious and experienced Facility Manager tasked with overseeing complex site operations and driving efficiency. The core responsibilities include assuming continuous cost center responsibility, leading and developing the dedicated site team, and managing critical commercial processes. Day-to-day duties involve handling offers, negotiating contracts, preparing and approving invoices, and overseeing receivables management. A key element of the job is conducting regular process analyses to boost efficiency and maintaining the customer's Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, such as Planon or IBM Maximo. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Facility Management or Business Administration, coupled with several years of professional experience in technical or infrastructural facility management. Strong expertise in contract law, commercial processes, reporting, and team leadership is essential.
