Job Summary

This role seeks a dynamic CFD Simulation Engineer specializing in vehicle cooling systems, focusing heavily on thermal conditioning to boost overall vehicle performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing calculation-ready CFD meshes from CAD data for 1D simulation using tools like GT Suite (GEM3D), optimizing component assemblies based on simulation and test data to enhance cooling system efficiency and lifespan, and ensuring seamless coordination between the simulation, testing, and design departments. Ideal candidates possess a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (with a focus on E-mobility or Mechatronics), coupled with deep expertise in thermodynamic processes and practical experience in 1D-CFD simulation, particularly regarding the cooling architecture of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV).
