Measurement Technician | Messtechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves hands-on metrology tasks, supporting manufacturing processes for high-profile clients by ensuring component quality and precision. Key daily responsibilities include performing production-accompanying component measurements, conducting Measurement System Analyses (MSA), and executing initial part measurements (EMPBs). A critical part of the job is programming, optimizing, and applying measurement programs, specifically using Mitutoyo and MCOSMOS software. You will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, and analyzing measurement results, communicating feedback to production, and granting manufacturing releases. Furthermore, you will assist in creating and maintaining QA test plans and managing the QA laboratory equipment. Candidates must possess technical training in metrology, routine experience with 3D measuring machines, and proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using MS Office (Excel). The position offers a permanent contract and continuous professional development through the in-house academy, but requires readiness to work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday.
